SONNEN à Table is not a menu. It is an evening in four acts. A memory you can taste.

Too young to be sweet.

The stage

The table becomes a stage. The cloth is the set design. The SONNEN Verjus are the protagonists. The flavour is the score.

In four acts

We discover Bern emotionally. The way memories work: fragmented, poetic, slightly distorted.

The journey

From the Bernese Züpfe to the Rosengarten, from the Zibelemärit to the Nuit Blanche. Six seats. Three illustrated cloths. Vegetarian. And yet, an entire Bern.

Verjus on stage

The SONNEN Verjus accompany the evening not only in the glass, but also in the compositions on the plate.
